DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
I DECLARE
1. to be in good health and to exonerate the Organization from any civil or criminal liability relating to and consequent to the assessment of the aforementioned suitability;
2. to be aware of the regulation of the event and undertakes to assume, under penalty of exclusion from the event, behavior that complies with the principles of sporting fairness and fairness and not to assume, in any case, behavior contrary to the law and the rules of the regulation that may endanger one's own safety or the safety of others;
3. to release the Organization from any responsibility, direct or indirect, for any material and non-material damage and/or expenses (including legal fees), which may arise as a result of participation in the sporting event, also as a result of own behavior;
4. to assume all responsibility that may derive from the exercise of the sporting activity in question and to release the Organization from any civil and criminal liability, even objective, as a consequence of injuries caused to oneself or to third parties and to sudden illnesses occurring during the entire duration of the event, or consequent to the use of the infrastructures, as well as to relieve the Organization from any liability related to theft and/or damage to any personal object;
This authorization is granted in complete freedom and autonomy, without conditions or reservations and completely free of charge.
Pursuant to and for the purposes of articles 1341 and 1342 of the Civil Code, the Participant declares to have carefully examined all the clauses contained in the Organization's declaration of exemption from liability and to specifically approve all the points listed.
This disclaimer must be read, approved and signed by the event participant, or by the legally responsible parents if the participant is under 18 years of age.
