ACCOUNTS AND NEWSLETTERS
It is not necessary to create an account to place an order. However, having an account saves you time by making it possible to save your address and payment details for future purchases.
Go to the registration page , enter the required data and click on the "SEND" button. You will receive a welcome email confirming that your account has been successfully created.
If you have forgotten your password, click on "Forgot your password?" on the login page . Enter your email address and click the "SEND" button to receive an email with a link to reset your password (attention: it may take some time before you receive it and remember to also check your junk/spam mail).
Contact our Customer Service by choosing from the various channels available on this page .
To subscribe to our newsletter, go to the bottom of the page, enter your email in the "Enter your email" field and click on the "SUBSCRIBE" button. You will receive an email asking you to confirm your subscription. Once confirmed, you will be added to our mailing list to receive newsletters on news and promotions.
Alternatively, go to mainpadel.com and a pop-up will open in the center of the page, enter your email and click on the "Get 5% discount" button.
You can unsubscribe by clicking on the link you find in any of our newsletters received.
ORDERS
Ordering on MainPadel is very easy! Follow the steps below to make your purchase:
Add the items to your cart
After deciding what to buy, select size and color (if necessary) and click "BUY".
View your cart and proceed to checkout
When you have selected and added the items you want to purchase to your cart, click on the "VIEW CART" button on the screen that will appear, or click on the "Cart" icon at the top right. Check the items in your cart. If you need to receive an invoice, check the box "I need an invoice" that you find on the "Cart" page under the order summary. Click on the "CHECK OUT" button.

On the first page of the checkout, on the right, you will find the order summary with the list of items you have selected (if you buy from mobile, click on "Show order summary"). If you have a discount/voucher to use, enter it in the "Gift voucher or discount code" field and click on the "Apply" button.
Enter contact details and delivery address
On the same page you will be asked to enter your email and shipping address or, if you are a registered customer, access your account.
If you are a registered customer and you already have one or more registered addresses, select the address you prefer to use for your order. Make sure you enter the data accurately because the selected address cannot be changed once the order is completed. Click on "Go to shipment".
Choose the delivery method
On this page you will find the "Shipping methods" section with all the methods available for the selected country. Choose the one you prefer and click on "Proceed to payment".

On the "Payment" page you will find an "Additional information" section in which, if you need to receive an invoice, you can enter your Fiscal Code / VAT number and PEC / SDI Code.
At this point, all you have to do is select the payment method you prefer. Depending on your bank or credit institution, you may be asked to enter a password or security code received via SMS, App or email.
Complete the purchase
Once you have selected your payment method, click on "Pay Now" at the bottom of the page. Proceed to payment and, once the payment has been made, you will be automatically redirected to the confirmation page where you will find your order number. You will also be sent a confirmation email to the email address indicated at the time of purchase and subsequently the confirmation of the shipment of your order with the link to track it.
It is not possible to modify orders or add items to an order that has already been concluded. If you want, you can place a new order.
After completing the order, it is not possible to change the shipping address, shipping or payment method.
It is possible to cancel an order that has not yet been processed. Contact our Customer Service by choosing from the various channels available on this page .
Check that the order confirmation email is not in your junk/spam folder. If not, contact our Customer Service on this page .
Check the status of your order by clicking on the "View your order" button in the order confirmation email.
If you have received a different item to the one you ordered, please send it back for a refund. To request collection of the package, fill in the form on this page and we will take care of providing you with the free shipping label and booking collection with our courier.
If you wish to receive the ordered item and it is still available, please reorder it on the site as usual.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Italy
For all orders starting from €75.00 shipping is free. For those whose amount is less than €75.00 the shipping cost starts from €8.00 and may vary based on the courier chosen during checkout. In the case of a total return of the order, the shipping cost will be refunded.
Europe
The shipping cost depends on the destination and the weight/volume of the package and is indicated during checkout.
The couriers that MainPadel relies on for shipments to Italy are SDA and BRT.
For shipments to Europe we use DHL and UPS depending on the destination country.
Orders are processed on average within 1-2 working days. Delivery by the courier usually takes place within 24-48 working hours (72 hours for the Islands) from shipment. When your package is ready to be shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number and link to monitor the status of the shipment.
Don't worry if the tracking link is disabled or incorrect, it will activate within one working day and you will be able to view the delivery date.
Once the order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number through which it will be possible to track the shipment.
For shipments with the BRT courier, the tracking will be notified by email directly from the courier within 24 hours of shipment of the order.
Couriers do not deliver by appointment and there is no telephone contact. Furthermore, in the event of a failed delivery attempt, your order could be delivered to a pick up point without being notified beforehand. For this reason, we advise you to always monitor the tracking of your shipment.
After completing the order, it is not possible to change the shipping address.
RETURN AND REFUND
From the moment the order is delivered, you have 14 days to request the return.
The procedure is very simple, just follow these instructions:
1. Go to this page .
2. Enter your order number and email address or phone number.
3. Select the items you want to return and click on the "RETURN" button.
4. Select the reason for the return, briefly describe the problem encountered and upload the images of the product you wish to return.
5. Choose the refund method.
6. Choose the shipping method, check that the collection address is correct and click on the "PROCEED WITH RETURN" button.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email containing guidelines for returning the product.
We remind you that all returned products must retain the characteristics they had at the time of purchase, in particular:
- Racquets: they must not be used, must not have any scratches, imperfections, marks and must not have undergone any alteration such as shrinkage applications or accessories such as overgrips, tape, etc. The plastic wrap on the handle must be intact and never removed.
- Shoes: must be returned without ever being used, must have all original tags unremoved. The original box must be returned in perfect condition, without written marks and in a resalable condition.
- Clothing: Must be returned complete with original packaging and with all manufacturers tags unremoved. The item must be returned in perfect condition, never worn, never washed and without marks, stains or alterations.
- Bags, accessories: the original labels and packaging must be intact and never opened.
- Balls: Pressurized tubes must be returned intact, never opened and without written marks or dents.
If your return does not meet the conditions listed, we will not be able to accept the return of the products and the refund will not be made.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the return has been delivered to the MainPadel warehouse.
It is not possible to replace the size/color of the items ordered but you can return them for free within 14 days and, if you want, you can order them again!
You will receive a refund for returned products within 14 days of delivery of the package to the courier.
If the item received is defective, you can make a complaint by following these instructions:
1. Go to this page .
2. Enter your order number and email address or phone number.
3. Select the items you want to return and click on the "REPLACE" button.
4. Select the reason "Request for legal guarantee (manufacturing defects found within and no later than 24 months)", briefly describe the problem encountered and upload the images of the product.
5. Choose the method of any refund (we will refund the amount paid if we do not have the possibility to replace the defective product with an identical one).
6. Choose the shipping method, check that the collection address is correct and click on the "PROCEED WITH RETURN" button.

The main credit cards and prepaid cards belonging to the Visa, American Express, Maestro or MasterCard circuits are accepted. In addition, you can choose express checkout using the Apple Pay and Google Pay payment systems.
Or you can pay with PayPal, a very simple, fast and reliable payment method, which allows you to purchase without entering your credit card details.
You can also choose to pay for your purchase with Klarna in 3 interest-free installments, which will be charged to your card every 30 days. Payment is easy and can be made with any type of card, even prepaid, and without credit checks.
