LAW
The purchase and sale of products and services by electronic means is governed by D.Lgs 6 September 2005 n. 206 (Codice del Consumo) with regard to distance selling with consumers, and by D.Lgs. 9 April 2003 n. 70 with regard of electronic commerce. The sales contract stipulated between the Customer and SEFHT S.R.L. Unipersonale (hereinafter referred to as SEFHT) will be disciplined and interpreted in accordance with the Italian law.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS
By placing an order with the various methods provided on the Site, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the general conditions of sale and payment transcribed below.
These general conditions of sale, together with the conditions regarding the methods of delivery and payment of the goods, form an integral part of the sales contract concluded between the Customer and SEFHT.
Therefore SEFHT invites you to carefully read these general conditions of sale, to print them or in any case to save or keep an electronic copy in compliance with the provisions of art. 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree no. 185/1999 on distance selling.
PURCHASE
SEFHT accepts orders with delivery in the territory of the Italian state.
The Customer can purchase the products in the SEFHT electronic catalog at www.sefht.com at the time of placing the order illustrated on the homepage of the Site, within the respective sections by product category, as described in the relevant information sheets provided by the manufacturer.
The products published on the site can be:
- "available" physically in the warehouse and therefore, as such, can be ordered by the Customer;
- "not available" physically not available in the warehouse. In this case, the product cannot be ordered by the customer, who can enter his email address in the appropriate form on the product page to be notified if the product becomes available again.
SEFHT reserves the right not to complete the order without assuming any responsibility and without resulting any obligation to compensate the buyer. In the case of non-acceptance of the order, SEFHT undertakes to promptly notify the Customer.
Acceptance of the order by SEFHT is confirmed by sending a confirmation email to the email address communicated by the Customer at the time of purchase.
This confirmation message will report:
- Order number
- Date of receipt of the order (refers to the date the email)
- Billing information
- Delivery data
- Product (s), quantity, price
- Cost of Transportation
- Total order amount
The Customer who undertakes to verify the correctness of the data in the order confirmation email and to promptly report any errors or omissions to SEFHT.
Since the simultaneous access of many users-customers and the simultaneous possibility of 'online' orders change the availability of the product, SEFHT does not guarantee the certainty of assigning the goods ordered, the actual availability of the product can only be assessed at the time of effective taking charge of the order which is a moment after the acceptance of the same.
If the customer is registered on the www.sefht.com site, he can check the status of his order by accessing the dedicated web area.
PRICES
The selling prices of the products published on the Site include VAT.
SEFHT reserves the right to change prices at any time, but undertakes in equal measure to apply the prices indicated on the Site when placing the order.
In case of display of a wrong and / or manifestly negligible price, for any reason (computer bug, manual error, technical error, etc.), the order will be canceled, even in the case of initial validation.
PAYMENT METHODS
All the purchases on the website www.sefht.com are safe and guaranteed. There's different payment methods, all safe and certified, the customer can choose the one they prefer.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
SEFHT accepts orders with delivery in the territory of the Italian state.
For all orders up to € 75.00 shipping is free. For those whose amount is less than € 75.00 the shipping cost starts from € 7.50 and may vary according to the courier chosen during checkout.
In the case of a total return of the order, the cost of standard shipping will be refunded.
For most of the products in our catalog the average delivery times are 2 working days. For some products, times may increase up to 7 working days and may also vary according to the courier chosen during checkout. You can find information on shipping times for each item on the product page you want to buy under the ADD TO CART button.
The same may undergo changes due to force majeure or due to traffic conditions and roads in general or by an act of the Authority. In addition, the times stated above may vary in periods of high season and / or holidays.
Any external damages or the mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery, by placing the word "withdrawal with reserve" on the appropriate accompanying document. In addition, the customer must send by email a report of the damage or mismatch of the package(s) by email to customer@sefht.com, or by contacting customer service at 06/21129704.
Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered.
HOW TO RETURN OR CANCEL AN ORDER
The right of withdrawal, in the term indicated above, can be made by online procedure on this page, by pec to the address sefht@pec.it or by sending a registered letter with a return receipt to: "SEFHT S.R.L. Unipersonale - Via Portuense, 956 - 00148 Rome (RM) ". This communication must necessarily contain all of the following:
- The order number for which the withdrawal is requested;
- The express will of the Customer to withdraw in whole or in part from the purchase contract;
- The description and codes of the items for which the right of withdrawal is exercised;
- Copy of the purchase document (invoice / order) relating the order subject to withdrawal.
Following receipt of the request in which the customer communicates his willingness to exercise the right of withdrawal, SEFHT will send the customer confirmation of approval of the withdrawal request by email with the guidelines for sending back the product. The Customer agrees to return the products within and no later than 14 days from the receipt of the email confirming the approval of the withdrawal request.
RETURN OF AN ITEM
All the products returned in order to obtain a refund must retain the characteristics they had at the time of purchase and all the original seals, labels, boxes or wraps must be intact. In the absence of this requirement, the product will be considered "used" and will therefore be sent back to the sender with a charge for transport costs and the refund will not be made. This inconsistency will be immediately notified by email to the customer.
In particular:
Rackets: the rackets must not be used, must not show scratches, imperfections, marks and must not have undergone any alteration such as shrinkage applications or accessories such as overgrips, tape, etc. The plastic wrap on the handle must be intact and never removed.
Shoes: they must be returned without having been used, they must have all the original labels on. The original box must be returned in perfect condition, without written signs and in a condition of being resold.
Clothing: must be returned complete with the original packaging and with all the manufacturer's labels on. The garment must be returned in perfect condition, never worn, never washed and without signs, stains or alterations.
Bags, accessories: the original labels and packaging must be intact and never opened.
Balls: the pressurized pipes must be returned intact, never opened and without signs or written dents.
Returns are considered "Authorized" only if they bear the appropriate Return Label that the Customer receives after making the withdrawal request. All returns that reach us without the Return Label and therefore without authorization will be systematically refused by our warehouse.
REFUND
Once SEFHT has received the product and verified its conditions, it will refund within 14 days.
For purchases made by payment by credit card, the refund will be made by transferring the transaction directly to the credit card.
For purchases made by PayPal payment, the refund will be made by crediting the customer's account.
LEGAL WARRANTY
According to the D.Lsg 206/2005 ("Codice del consumo") all the products on sale on this site are covered by a Legal Guarantee.
Based on the 24-month Legal Guarantee, SEFHT is liable to the consumer (the physical person who acts for purposes unrelated to the entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal or professional activity that may be carried out) for conformity defects not found at the time of purchase.
The lack of conformity exists when the product is not suitable for the use for which it is intended, does not conform to the description or does not possess the qualities promised by the seller and typical of the product sold, does not offer the usual qualities and performances of a product same type, is not suitable for the particular use desired by the Customer if brought to the attention of the seller at the time of purchase and accepted by the seller (art. 129 of the Codice del consumo).
The lack of conformity that occurs within 24 months from the date of purchase of the goods must be reported within 2 months from the date of discovery of the defect.
Unless proven otherwise, it is assumed that the defects of conformity that occur within 6 months from the delivery of the goods already existed on that date. In case of lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to restore, without charge, the conformity of the goods by repair or replacement (art.130 of the Codice del consumo). The consumer can ask the seller, at his choice, to repair or replace the goods, without charge in both cases, unless the remedy requested is objectively impossible or excessively expensive compared to the other. Repairs or replacements must be made within a reasonable time from the request of the Consumer; the average time for returning the product to the consumer is 30 days. If SEFHT is unable to return the repaired product within the maximum period of 60 days, the consumer may request one of the alternative methods (replacement, termination of the contract, price reduction).
REQUEST OF THE LEGAL WARRANTY
The customer must:
report to SEFHT any problem and / or presumed defect within 2 months of its discovery, by sending a written communication to "SEFHT S.R.L. Unipersonale - Via Portuense, 956 - 00148 Rome (RM) ", by e-mail to the address customer@sefht.com or by pec to the address sefht@pec.it indicating the defect of the product;
wait for SEFHT to confirm the opening of the request with the instructions for sending back the product;
prepare the product for shipment by carefully packing it and enclosing each accessory and everything originally contained in the product packaging;
ship within 10 working days from the receipt of the confirmation of the opening of the request at the address "SEFHT S.R.L. Unipersonale - Via Portuense, 956 - 00148 Rome (RM) ".
The costs and risks of transport for the return are fully borne by the customer, who will be able to ship the product only and exclusively by courier.
The return of products that are not intact, deteriorated or without original accessories and equipment will not be accepted by SEFHT and will be returned to the sender with an increase in transport costs.
In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, SEFHT will return the purchased good to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender.
MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY
All the products distributed by SEFHT, in addition of being covered by the Legal Warranty, are covered by the Manufacturer's Warranty in the terms indicated by the Italian Law.
Duration, territorial extension and methods of this warranty can be consulted by phone on 06/92912132. No legal damage can be requested from SEFHT for any delays for repairs or replacements of products under a conventional warranty.
CHOICE OF LAW/JURISDICTION
For the resolution of any civil disputes arising from the interpretation, execution and termination of this distance selling contract, if the customer is a consumer (i.e. a phisical person who purchases the products not for purposes related to his professional activity) the territorial jurisdiction is the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer himself, if located in Italy (Article 63 of D.Lgs 205/2006).
TERMS
