The sale of products and services via electronic means is regulated by Legislative Decree no. 6 September 2005. 206 (Consumer Code) regarding distance selling with consumers, and by Legislative Decree 9 April 2003 n. 70 regarding electronic commerce.
The sales contract stipulated between the Customer and SEFHT SRL (hereinafter referred to as SEFHT) will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Italian law.


By placing an order according to the various methods provided on the Site, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the general conditions of sale and payment transcribed below.
These general conditions of sale, together with the conditions regarding the methods of delivery and payment of the goods, constitute an integral part of the sales contract concluded between the Customer and SEFHT.
Therefore SEFHT invites you to carefully read these general conditions of sale, to print them or in any case to save or keep an electronic copy in compliance with the provisions of the articles. 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree no. 185/1999 on distance selling.


The Customer can purchase the products present in the SEFHT electronic catalog at the address at the time of placing the order illustrated on the homepage of the Site, within the respective sections by product category, as described in the relevant information sheets provided by the manufacturer.
The products published on the site can be:

  • physically "available" in the warehouse and therefore, as such, orderable by the Customer;
  • "not available" physically not available in stock. In this case the product cannot be ordered by the Customer, who can enter his email address in the appropriate form on the product page to be notified if the product becomes available again.

SEFHT reserves the right not to conclude the order without assuming any responsibility and without this resulting in any obligation to compensate the buyer. In the event of non-acceptance of the order, SEFHT undertakes to promptly notify the Customer.
Acceptance of the order by SEFHT is confirmed by sending a confirmation email to the email address communicated by the Customer at the time of purchase.
This confirmation message will report:

  • Order number
  • Date of receipt of the order (refers to the date the email was sent)
  • Billing information
  • Product(s), quantity, price
  • Shipping Cost
  • Total order amount

The Customer undertakes to verify the correctness of the data in the order confirmation email and to promptly report any errors or omissions to SEFHT.
Since the simultaneous access of many user-customers and the simultaneous possibility of 'online' orders modify the availability of the product, SEFHT does not guarantee the certainty of assignment of the ordered goods, the actual availability of the product can only be assessed at the time of 'actual taking charge of the order which is a moment after its acceptance.

The sales prices of the products published on the Site include VAT.
SEFHT reserves the right to change prices at any time, but undertakes equally to apply the prices indicated on the Site at the time the order is placed.
In the event of displaying an incorrect and/or manifestly negligible price, for any reason (computer bug, manual error, technical error, etc.), the order will be cancelled, even in the event of initial validation.

Any external damage or mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately reported to the courier carrying out the delivery, adding the wording "withdrawal with reserve" on the appropriate accompanying document. Once the courier document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objections regarding the external characteristics of what was delivered.


Sales of products via the Internet are regulated in articles 50 to 68 ("distance contracts") of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). This legislation provides the consumer with the right to withdraw from contracts or contractual proposals without the need to specify the reasons, guaranteeing him the right to return the product purchased and to obtain reimbursement of the expense incurred.
The withdrawal request must be made no later than 14 days from the date of delivery of the order. In order to enjoy the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, therefore complete with any packaging, seals, labels and various accessories supplied. We will not be able to accept the return of products that do not comply with these conditions; in this case the package will be returned to the sender with transport costs charged and the refund will not be made. This inconsistency will be immediately notified by email to the Customer.
It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases:

  • in the absence of the original packaging (including the manufacturer's seals where present);
  • in the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, etc.);
  • for damage to the product;
  • for products that show signs of tampering, abrasion, wear or dirt.

The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for consumers (natural persons who purchase the goods not for purposes related to their professional, commercial or entrepreneurial activity), therefore it cannot be exercised by legal entities and natural persons who purchase for purposes related to their business. working and who therefore communicate their VAT number to SEFHT.


The right of withdrawal is exercised, within the period indicated above, via the online procedure on this page.

    Following receipt of the request in which the Customer communicates his desire to exercise the right of withdrawal, SEFHT will send the Customer via email confirmation of approval of the withdrawal request with the guidelines for sending the product. The Customer undertakes to return the products no later than 14 days from receipt of the email confirming approval of the withdrawal request.


    All products returned in order to obtain a refund must retain the characteristics they had at the time of purchase and all original seals, labels, boxes or wrapping must be intact. In the absence of this requirement, the product will be considered "used" and will therefore be returned to the sender with shipping costs charged and a refund will not be made. This inconsistency will be immediately notified by email to the Customer.

    In particular:

    Rackets : Rackets must not be used, must not have scratches, imperfections, marks and must not have undergone any alteration such as shrink applications or accessories such as overgrips, tape, etc. The plastic wrap on the handle must be intact and never removed.
    Shoes : must be returned without ever having been used, they must have all original tags not removed. The original box must be returned in perfect condition, without written marks and in a resalable condition.
    Clothing : Must be returned complete with original packaging and with all manufacturer tags not removed. The item must be returned in perfect condition, never worn, never washed and without marks, stains or alterations.
    Bags, accessories : original labels and packaging must be intact and unopened.
    Balls : Pressurized tubes must be returned intact, unopened and without written marks or dents.
    Returns are considered "Authorized" only if they bear the appropriate Return Label that the Customer receives after making the withdrawal request. All returns that reach us without the Return Label and therefore without authorization will be systematically rejected by our warehouse.


    Once SEFHT has received the returned product and verified its conditions, it will refund you within 14 days.
    For purchases made by paying by credit card, the refund will be made by reversing the transaction directly to the credit card.
    For purchases made via PayPal payment, the refund will be made by crediting the Customer's account.


    Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (“Consumer Code”), all products on sale on this site are covered by the Legal Guarantee.
    Based on the 24-month Legal Guarantee, SEFHT is responsible towards the consumer (the natural person acting for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal or professional activity carried out) for defects of conformity not found at the time of purchase.
    The lack of conformity exists when the product is not suitable for the use for which it is intended, does not conform to the description or does not possess the qualities promised by the seller and typical of the product sold, does not offer the usual qualities and performances of a good of the same type, is not suitable for the particular use desired by the Customer if brought to the attention of the seller at the time of purchase and accepted by the seller (art. 129 of the Consumer Code).
    The lack of conformity that occurs within 24 months from the date of purchase of the goods must be reported within the following 2 months from the date of discovery of the defect.
    Unless proven otherwise, it is presumed that defects of conformity which appear within 6 months of delivery of the goods already existed on that date. In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to have the conformity of the goods restored, without charge, by repair or replacement (art. 130 of the Consumer Code). The consumer can ask the seller, at his choice, to repair the good or replace it, without costs in both cases, unless the requested remedy is objectively impossible or excessively onerous compared to the other. Repairs or replacements must be carried out within a reasonable period of time from the Consumer's request; the average time for returning the product to the Consumer is 30 days. If SEFHT is unable to return the repaired product within the maximum period of 60 days, the consumer may request one of the alternative remedies (replacement, termination of the contract, price reduction).


    The Customer must:

    • report any problem and/or alleged defect to SEFHT within 2 months of discovering it, by sending a communication via email to indicating the product defect;
    • wait for confirmation from SEFHT that the case has been opened together with instructions for sending the product;
    • prepare the product for shipping by carefully packing it and including all accessories and everything originally contained in the product packaging;
    • arrange for shipment within 10 working days of receiving confirmation of the opening of the case to the address “SEFHT - Via Portuense, 956 - 00148 Rome (RM)”.

    The costs and risks of transport for the return are entirely borne by the Customer, who can arrange for the shipment of the product only and exclusively via courier.
    The return of products that are not intact, damaged or without original accessories and equipment will not be accepted by SEFHT and will be returned to the sender with an increase in transport costs.
    In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, SEFHT will return the purchased goods to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender.


    All products distributed by SEFHT, in addition to being covered by the Legal Guarantee, are covered by the Manufacturer's Warranty in the terms indicated by the Law.
    Duration, territorial extension and methods for asserting this guarantee can be consulted by telephone at 06/92912132. No damage can be requested from SEFHT for any delays in carrying out repairs or replacements of products under conventional warranty.


    For the resolution of any civil disputes arising from the interpretation, execution and termination of this distance selling contract, if the Customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the products not for purposes related to his professional activity) the territorial jurisdiction mandatory is the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer himself, if located in Italy (Art. 63 Legislative Decree 205/2006).


    These general conditions of sale will remain valid and effective until they are modified and/or integrated by SEFHT.
