To make sure that you are always fully satisfied with your purchases made on SEFHT, we offer you an easy and free return service. From the moment the order is delivered, you have 14 days to request a return.

How do i return an item?

1. Go to this page and insert your order number and email in the box.
2. Select the items that you would like to return.
3. Provide a reason for the return, choose a refund method and press SEND 
4. Once your return will be approved, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details on how to send the item. 

Please consider that the courier will collect the package Monday-Friday 08.30-13.30 to 14.30-18.30 at the address you indicated at the time of purchase.

How much the return costs?

Your return is free of charge. You can request a free return only once for the same order. If you have paid the shipping costs and decide to return the full order, the shipping costs will be refunded.

When i will receive my refund?

Once the item is received and inspected you will receive a confirmation email with the information about the status of your refund. 
The refund will be processed and we’ll issue a refund to your original form of payment within 14 days.

Please remember that all returned products must retain the characteristics they had at the time of purchase, in particular:

must not be used, must not have scratches, imperfections, marks and must not have undergone any alteration such as shrinkage applications or accessories such as overgrip, tape, etc. The plastic wrap on the handle must be intact and never removed.

Shoes: must be returned unused, must have all original tags not removed. The original box must be returned in perfect condition, with no written marks and in resale condition.

Clothing: must be returned complete with original packaging and with all manufacturer labels not removed. The item must be returned in perfect condition, never worn, never washed and without marks, stains or alterations of any kind.

Bags, accessories: the original labels and packaging must be intact and never opened.

Balls: Pressurized cans must be returned intact, unopened and without written marks or dents.

If your return does not meet the conditions listed, we will not be able to accept the return of the products and the refund will not be made.
